In teacher training!

I am off on a new learning adventure that is holding a special place in my heart, just like the two little ones pictured above.  I have had a prompting to take this course for, actually several years, but until the last couple years I wasn't sure where to partake of this great adventure until I found www.gobodhiyoga.com 
I had my first part of learning this past weekend and am loving it. I am learning to "Follow my Heart","Listen to my own You-Niqueness and needs" and "Know that my body and heart can choose what is needed in the moment"
